Hi , the bedroom is a small bedroom but due to this room being smaller the rent is lower for this room compared to the other, we have already secured the house but due to our flatmate dropping out we need a replacement asap , the house is very modern and freshly renovated and is only a 10 m walk from YSJ and a bus stop outside the house that takes you straight to Uni of York
