Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted up to 4 weeks before the scheduled move-in date. If the cancellation is submitted within this window, any rent payments or deposits made will be refunded in full.
No Visa, No Pay
If you are unable to secure a visa to study in the UK, you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 4 weeks before the scheduled move-in date.
No Place, No Pay
If you do not receive the required results or your university place is withdrawn, you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 4 weeks before the scheduled move-in date.
