Hiya, I am seeking a replacement tenant for my curren room in Portsburgh Court, as I am really struggling with the current prices. The flat is shared with 3 very lovely girls aged between 22-23, mostly the vibes are quiet and work focused. Ideally anyone replacing should be tidy and easy going. The flat has postgrads but undergrads are welcome. The flat is in an ideal location, directly between the University and the city centre, with it being a 6 minute walk from the meadows, an 11 minute walk to George Square, an 18 minute to the train station, and a 16 minute walk to Princes Street. It is also opposite the College of Art, so the building is immediately accessible. The room itself facilitates an amazing view of the city from the desk (Which can be appreciated whilst studying), along with a double bed, and its own ensuite with its shower. The kitchen has a large space with the same city view. The building facilitates a communal living/social space, which has a pool/snooker table and table tennis table, as well as many books and board games. There is also a large lounge area with a PS5. Next door there is a silent study room, with tables and coffee/tea and also a gym (See Photos) Please contact me if your interested, and shoot any questions or queries :)
