Hey everyone,
So we’re looking for someone to take over my lease in north leamington ( near altoria) in September 2024. It is a house of 4 girls two boys ( all quite sociable and outgoing) but we are looking for a seventh tenant of either gender and we keep the kitchen clean. They are all entering second year and are 19/20 years old. The property has just been renovated and will cost 630£ pcm/ around 145£ per week. The bills are not included but we are looking to find a cheap packaged deal for them, the rooms are furnished and have double beds. A deposit is required equivalent to a months rent before the move. I have attached pictures of the kitchen, location ( pictures of the room will follow when we get pictures and videos from the agency) and the on suites which every room will have.
