    99 Penny Street has a range of affordable rooms with either a single or ¾ bed. Deadlines hit? Great. That means you can go find your friends in one of the great community spaces in the building. There are some on each floor, so there’s always a chance to socialise nearby. Kitchens in particular become a hub of activity – they’re bright, contemporary, and well-equipped.
