Looking for someone to take over my lease at Scape Shoreditch.
📍 Room type: Standard Studio.
💵 Weekly rent: originally £425 and now £409 (negotiable!). This includes all utility bills (i.e. electricity, water, heating) and Wi-Fi internet.
🗓️ Contract duration: 28th February - 6th September (Start date is negotiable!).
❔ Reason: I'm moving back to my home country, and so I don't need a place to stay in London anymore 😊

This is a fully furnished Standard Studio that comes with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and your own kitchenette. Great for someone who values personal space, convenience and independence.
It also comes with a spacious desk with sockets conveniently fitted for recharging or powering any devices you might have. There is lots of storage space on each side of the desk - amazing for students who prefer working in the comfort of their rooms and who need a focused environment to get their assignments done.
On top of these, there is plenty of other storage space, especially under-bed storage - super friendly for international students who may be bringing large suitcases with them.
🏡 The area: nearest tube station and bus stops are five minutes walk away. Supermarkets within 5-10 minutes' walk. Cafes, restaurants, bars and parks nearby.
✏️ Note:
You will need to pay for the entire contract duration agreed between us.
Maintenance works are causing restricted window view and moderate noise 8 am-4 pm on weekdays. But these will end soon.
