My friend and I are looking for a third flatmate to move in from 1 August 2025, for a 1 year contract. We are both studying at UCL (final year undergrad) and have a 3 bed in Kings Cross area, about 30min walk to UCL, 20min by bus. I'd say we're both more on the quiet side, but we also are more sociable around people we're familiar with, and we like to be neat and clean. For room options, you can take either a small room (3.3x2.91m) at £225/week or the largest room (5.47 x 3.75m) at £320/week. The total weekly rate of the place is £865/week. You'll need to pay £50 for adding a tenant to the contract, and one month's rent in advance + 5 weeks rent for deposit. The flat includes a kitchen with an induction stove and washing machine, and a living room area. Utilities are not included in the rent. There is a gym and sauna in the complex which are included in the rent.
