Our residents enjoy exciting amenities and multiple indoor and outdoor social spaces to enhance our residents study, social and living experience making the village one of the most vibrant student communities in Coventry. The exciting social spaces includes one of the largest gyms amongst Coventry student halls, a Cinema Room/Media Centre and a Common Room equipped with large screen TVs which can also be used for gaming.
We are next to the Coventry University Technology Park and only a 5 minutes walk from the main Priory Campus, the Alan Berry building and the library. Coventry city centre and the train station are less than a 10 minute walk away.

Cooling-off Period
For bookings made before 31 Mar 2025, this property allows you to cancel your contract within 7 days of making your deposit payment. Applying for cancellation within this cooling-off period means you will get your full deposit refund and will be released from the contract.
