Hi! We are a group of three looking to rent a four bedroom two bathroom property on Newmarket road. We would love a fourth housemate to come and view the property with us and move in with us provided the property is to all of our likings. Each bedroom has a desk and a four foot bed. There is an open plan kitchen, dining area and small living room area. We would be moving in on 18/09/2024 and plan to end our tenancy at the beginning of the summer break. We are a friendly, easygoing group of ARU students who will keep the property clean and keep noise levels to a minimum. If you are interested in moving in with us please let me know ASAP :)
