The accommodation opened its doors in September 2017, offering high standard student living. Only a 10-minute walk from the University of Southampton and great links to Solent University and the city centre.

There is an exciting mix of en-suite rooms arranged in shared apartments or en-suite studios to choose from. High-quality fixtures and furnishings give the whole environment a modern, fresh feel. Whichever room you call home, you’ll enjoy a work area, small double bed, loads of storage and the much-desired en-suite shower room. If you’re sharing with your besties (or are coming here to meet new ones), then the place to catch up with all their news is the apartment’s kitchen and lounging space. Or go for a studio with your own mini-kitchen and you’ll get the space all to yourself – or share as a couple at no extra charge!

It has some fantastic social areas, with a large cinema room, games area, shared dining area, gym, virtual gym and some excellent study areas, including a project room. And when the sun decides to shine head out to the courtyard and amphitheater to catch some rays, or for a game of outdoor table tennis.
