hello everyone,
myself and five others (five girls, one boy) are looking for one more person to join our seven bedroom house from 23rd september 2024 - 30th august 2025 at £140pppw, including £166.88pppw for included unlimited bills, the total monthly payment will be £726.88pppcm (181.27pppw) the location of the property is in black rock/kemptown by brighton marina with easy access to bus routes (specifically 23) to university of brighton moulsecoomb campus as well as falmer campus and university of sussex!
a little bit about us, we are a group of friends who study various subjects at the university of brighton - we like to go out and socialise but also stay in too, we are hoping to find somebody who is similar to us too but also is respectful, responsible, clean and kind.
please see attached photos of the property as well as a 3D housing tour. we have no gender preference, do note there is a £700 deposit requirement from the letting agency before you can become the replacement person on the contract, it is also a requirement to pay one months rent in advance before move in date.
