This is a lovely 6x big-bedroom mid-terrace house that's well-situated in the leafy 'student village' part of Lenton, close to all amenities (shops & restaurants, parks and a local cinema) as well as having great public transport links to all over the city

You're just 10 mins walk from Notts Uni's Jubilee campus, about 15 mins from the main Notts Uni campus and about 20 mins walk (or a 5 min bus ride) from Notts Trent Uni in city centre

The rooms are spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms have recently been renovated. The property comes with all the appliances that you could possibly need

There is a bike shed in the back yard that you enter from the side gate at the end of the garden, which itself has a lovely outdoor table and chairs and even a BBQ to enjoy when the weather is nice!

Notes on the tenancy:

This is a student-let only HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy), and as such is licensed accordingly and is exempt from Council Tax liability

I prefer to let to groups wanting to take the whole property, so you will get priority if you and 5 of your friends express an interest. I am prepared to let to groups of fewer than 6 individuals, but you would need to be prepared to share the house with any other tenants that are subsequently found
