Looking for a nice girl to live in the property along with one other person (my daughter). You will have the largest room & will have access to all parts of the property (including garage for storage).

Approx. 5 min walk from Essex University campus & approx. 5-10mins walk from Tesco Superstore. Hythe train station is just a bit further up form the Tesco. There are plenty of food & drink stores/takeaway in the local area.

For going into city centre, you can catch the train from Hythe, or get a bus from Mascot Square bus stop (less than 5 min walk)
