Our premium studio apartments provide an exceptional standard of living, with the well-being of our students at the heart of everything.
Each studio is of the highest interior designed specification, featuring an integrated kitchen and separate ensuite bathroom to offer your own private space. The kitchen comes equipped with oven, hob, and fridge/freezer.
All rooms have their own sophisticated ensuite bathrooms containing a huge shower, toilet, towel heater, and sink complete with mirror. Coming out the bathroom, there is a vast array of storage and high-spec furniture in the bedroom and living area.
Every studio includes its own double bed with under bed storage, bedside table, desk, chair, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Rooms all even come with their own wall-mounted flat screen TV with high speed broadband! All bills are included in the weekly rent, meaning there’s no headache in organising them yourself. Laundry facilities are also available.
Situated in Lenton, these studios are perfectly placed for University of Nottingham students with the Jubilee Campus just a short walk away. With great transport links into the city centre along Ilkeston Road, this block is also well placed for any Nottingham Trent University students. Well located for entertainment and shopping facilities too, students have everything they need on their doorstep making their student experience as comfortable as possible.
