All rooms are individually let and are perfect for full time postgraduate PhD or masters students, or final year undergrads, as we put together a nice mature hard-working household. We would also consider letting to a pre-formed group, so please contact us to discuss if necessary.

Room prices are inclusive of all bills including council tax where applicable (Band B).

There are 6 nicely presented, spacious bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. The whole house has a homely feel about it, with a large living room and kitchen diner. The house is a no smoking property.

This house offers everything for someone wanting to be close to university, the city centre and local amenities such as shops, cafes and pubs.

Additional room and property videos are available upon request.

The landlord is university approved and has a small portfolio of family-managed properties, and has offered a friendly and reliable service to both students and professionals for many years.
