I’m about to move to a private accommodation and urgently looking for University of Edinburgh Postgraduate to take over my student accommodation tenancy at Riego Street, available starting 31 October 2024, - 29 August 2025, the rent will be at £878.61 per month (all bills included, so you don't have to worry about wifi, water, and electricity!). The location is perfect for students wanting to live near George Square and the Main Library, you will have access to a kitchen with common dining area, 2 shared bathrooms, a storage room, a set of household equipments (ironing board, vacuum cleaner, 2 mops, 1 broom), 2 laundry rooms within the accommodation area, bike parking, a common area with functioning pool table, lots of board games, a TV, and a piano to socialize. Plenty of grocery stores around as well (Tesco, Matthew, Sainsbury's, CoOp, etc), and close to dozens of pubs and exciting local owned shops. Moreover, it's just a 10 - 15 minutes walk to Princes Street and the Main Campus of UoE.
