We are two first-year students from Warwick Uni who have found an excellent place to rent in Canley. As one of our housemates has left, we are searching for a new third member to join us. Although the photos might not fully capture it, we have many videos of the house that we would be happy to share if you are interested. Here’s more information about the house:
Rent starts at £90 per week for the smallest room, with larger rooms at £95 per week. - Not yet decided on rooms - with utilities on top
The location is superb, right next to Westwood and Tesco, and less than a 5-minute cycle to the main campus.
The room is not en-suite.
We’re all super friendly, tidy, and welcoming to anyone interested, regardless of age and gender.
The house has a reasonably sized kitchen and a separate living room space with a TV.
The room is on the ground floor, offering more privacy.
The house also includes a garden, perfect for outdoor relaxation.
We have not yet decided on room allocations.
