Chiara 5-star rating

University of Edinburgh

I left my accommodation search in Edinburgh to the last minute and was starting to panic. Most places were gone or didn’t reply. Found a few options here and ended up booking a studio within 2 days. Julia made sure I had all the documents right and that the contract was sorted quickly. So grateful 🙏

Khaled 5-star rating

University of Manchester

Booking housing from abroad is very stressful because you cannot see the place yourself. But my advisor Roberta was extremely helpful. She sent extra pictures, a video walkthrough and answered all my questions. I am very grateful for her help making this easy for me from so far away.

About this place

Leazes Parade is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Newcastle University campus and much of the city centre.

Rooms in this property are available in two, three, four, five and six bedroom flats, with communal lounge/kitchen areas and bathrooms.

It is a stylish modern facility that offers an excellent selection of rooms in both larger and smaller flat spaces. The larger flats each incorporate two shower rooms and toilets.

In terms of budgeting for your expenses, it is useful to know that the rent is all-inclusive of utility bills — gas, electric and water — so you shouldn’t receive any extra utility bills.

Additionally, all residents have free Wi-Fi via Optify, offering 100Mb speeds throughout rooms and communal areas. Your rent also includes personal contents insurance, provided by Endsleigh.

The kitchen areas in each flat are fully fitted, including:

  • electric cooker

  • fridge freezer

  • microwave

If you would like to bring your car, the site can also offer free secure car parking on request.
