I’m looking for female student to take over my tenancy from 15th January 2025 to 5th July 2025 (24 weeks), located at the Mill House, Edinburgh.
Room type: It’s a classic en-suite room so you will have your own private bedroom and bathroom and then share a kitchen/common area with 3 other flat mates (all girls).
Rent: £220 per week (all bills included: Wi-Fi, heating, water).
Flat: ground floor, secure with personal keycards, 4-person flat.
The location is fantastic—just a 15-20 minute bus ride to Heriot-Watt University and Napier University Sighthill campus. Also is a 1-minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to Princes Street. You'll find a Sainsbury’s right down the road, with Aldi and McDonald's as well.
The accommodation offers a gym, study room, laundry facilities, parking, and a common area with games and social activities. I’m also happy to include free pots/pans/kitchen equipment etc as well. You’ll also have a shared kitchen with 3 other flatmates with plenty of space and privacy.
It’s perfect for students looking to connect with others from different universities and enjoy a great social life. Plus, the building is very secure!
