We are looking for a housemate to join a group of 3 boys and 3 (all first years), as another member left for personal reasons. A newly renovated house features a variety of room sizes, superb location in Canley (Less 5 minute cycle from Warwick main campus)
Only £500 a month plus bills - discounted
The location is superb, right next to Westwood and Tesco, and less than a 5-minute cycle to the main campus.
The rooms are en-suite with a modern bathroom
We’re all super friendly, tidy, and welcoming to anyone interested, regardless of age and gender. With all flatmates from a range of courses from GSD and sociology to engineering and maths
The house has a reasonably sized kitchen and a lovely dining area
The house also includes a garden, perfect for outdoor relaxation.
