Our generous common room provides a perfect space to chill with friends with a large TV and comfortable relaxation areas. On-site laundry facilities are also available and the building has 24/7 CCTV with onsite security throughout the night.

The Bank’s apartments are high quality and contemporary with all the essential features for the student lifestyle. All of our studio apartments are designed with luxury in mind, with full size double beds, ensuite bathrooms and 50” smart TVs and super-fast Wi-Fi.
A fully equipped kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and furniture are standard. Kitchenettes are equipped with all the essentials you will need including sink, combination microwave oven and electric hob.

Your booking can be cancelled for free if you are unable to meet academic requirements of your university of choice.
Course Cancellations Covered
Your booking can be cancelled for free if your course is cancelled.
Online-only Courses Covered
If face-to-face teaching is delayed and your course starts fully online, you will only pay from the date face-to-face teaching begins.
Flexible start date
If your course start date is delayed, you will only pay from the date teaching begins.
Travel Restrictions Covered
If you are unable to travel to the UK due to government travel restrictions, you can move your tenancy start date until the restrictions are lifted.
Cooling-off Period
This property allows you to cancel your booking within 7 days of making your deposit payment. Applying for cancellation within this cooling-off period means you will get your full deposit refund and will be released from the contract.
