I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy of a 44-week contract for a large standard room at Broadgate Park, right across the road from the University of Nottingham's University Park Campus West Entrance. The contract started on 18/09/26 and runs to 23/07/27. Broadgate Park are partnered with the University of Nottingham, therefore in order to take on tenancy you must be an undergraduate student at the University of Nottingham and not be contracted to any other accommodation. You must also sign a tenancy agreement with Broadgate Park. This is a spacious 5 bedroom flat, located on the top floor of a large house towards the edge of the Broadgate Park student village. The flat includes 3 showers and 3 toilets, however one shower is being repaired. There is also a large kitchen with plenty of space to store cooking supplies. The £500 deposit on the room is already paid.
