It is such a nice lovely place and I am only moving out because I am moving in with my friends. The room is spacious and gets good sunlight. Although it is on the ground floor, the room is on first floor due to the hilly location. It is right behind the Victoria Centre where you can easily commute anywhere and 10min walk to NTU City Campus, and is also in a great spot for public transport access to wherever you need to be.

All utility bills are included with laundry facilities on-site and Wi-Fi (100mbps).
