We are 3 postgrad students looking for two fellow postgrad to join us in our lovely period house - stylish, spacious and full of character (check out the pictures if you don't believe us!).
Large bedrooms, beautifully furnished, all include a large double bed, wardrobe, large desk, chest drawer, bedside table with drawers.
All amenities provided, all you could ever ask and more including a DISHWASHER!!! as well as washing machine, dryer, large flat screen TV with TV lincense included in the bills, toaster, microwave, kettle etc. Spacious basement for storage plus plenty of cupboard space for everybody!
CLEANER attends bi-weekly and helps us keep the house nice and shiny!
Large bathroom with plenty of natural light, with shower over bath. There is also a second small bathroom with toilet and sink only.
Large living, dinning and kitchen space, ideal for socialising, binging on seriers, or an ocassional postgrad work sesh, we know what it's like!
Back garden with rose bushes and space for a table and chairs (our future summer project).
Great location - 1 min away from Aldi (Aldcliffe), 5 mins walk from the city centre, 10 mins walk from the train station. Lovely quiet neighbourhood, near the Canal.
The house is owned by friendly and approachable family-owned agency called FAT Properties. Really responsive and quick to fix anything if need be.
